Keyboardmapping with evdev

Attached the whole log from xorg.
As you can see first
/var/lib/xkb/compiled/server-8AA988DD479FAABEC4FC3CCCF4CC29B4948840B4.xkm is
generated (don't know why), later (when the keyboad will be configured)
/var/lib/xkb/compiled/server-90BEB0384DFE894FC6C76430E8611BB0119B95EE.xkm is
generated, which is a qwertz-Keyboad (which i want). But at the end
another file is generated
(/var/lib/xkb/compiled/server-C37DE65A5B365D52A52EC1F2CB656087341C7EF8.xkm)
which is a qwerty....

I don't know why the 2 qwerty-mappings are compiled and I can't prevent
the xserver from generating it...but I think the last mapping is the
cause of my problem...
