xorg/app/xkbevd patch

  Hi,

  I am attaching a small patch to xkbevd I just wrote, that may help
in debugging XKB. I made it just to add some possible common use to
the program...

  The added xkbevd.cf lists sound directory for Mandriva, but no soundCmd.
But if the example.cf file is also installed, it should be somewhat self
documenting on how to configure different sounds for bells, anyway,
there is already this functionality elsewhere in kde or gnome...
