if i were your i'd search for pc that includes an intel powered videocard.
their is the most advanced driver available for xorg and it has a lot of
features, but they have a less powerfull rendering than other boards, like
nvidia (good closed driver) or ati (actually still experimental driver that
from time to time breaks and doesn't support very well igps).
