X-Server 1.3, randr 1.2 and dualscreen?

I think you need to rebuild the xserver and xrandr programs against the
new randr proto. Either that or you build the driver against the wrong
xserver. Basically there is something wrong with your compilation order
in some capacity.

At least I think so - could be wrong.
