ATI patch from 6.8.2 missing in HEAD

Thanks.   Since no one seems to have given any reason in the bug reports
why they shouldn't be applied to head, I guess I'll go ahead and apply
those 3 patches (591, 1306, & 2110) to head now so we don't lose
these fixes when people upgrade from 6.8.2 to 6.9/7.0.
