kdrive and xgl DDXes

I think it's a bad idea.  7.0 and 6.9 should be the same, and we
certainly shouldn't include kdrive in 6.9.

We can do a kdrive release which is separate from X.org; it's pretty
trivial once you have the 7.0 .pc files for the necessary libaries to
just 'make distcheck' and ship it.
