Currently on my r500 when enabling my TV the TV gets assigned xinerama screen
1, and the crt is assigned xinerama screen 2. This means most menus and windows
are launched on the tv, instead of the CRT.

I've tried a lot of stuff in xorg.conf(setting screen 0, etc), but to no
avail(i expect because of the change to using randr instead of the xorg.xonf
for much of hte setup)
In the radeonhd driver there is:

Option "RROutputOrder" "<monitor_name>"

Which is very usefull, though not implemented in the normal radeon driver.
