Does xorg/X11 support Rembrandt [Radeon 680M] from AMD/ATI?

On linux (no idea about BSDs) use the modesetting driver.

You will definitely require the relevant amdgpu firmware.

According to https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/AMDGPU that will be the
yellow_carp_*.bin files.
