remap Mode_switch+mouse_drag to Alt+mouse_drag

Deer xorg community,

Is it possible to remap Mode_switch+mouse_drag to Alt+mouse_drag? I posted
this question also on

which explains why I'm doing this. Any help is much appreciated!
