E-EDID support: read out extension blocks

... which the X drivers do, yes.

What bit of "HDMI compliance" do you think we're missing here?  All 
drivers that actually support the bits of HDMI beyond plain DVI have 
kernel support, and Linux does parse the HDMI extension block.
