[ANNOUNCE] xf86-input-synaptics 1.4.0.901

First and likely only RC for synaptics stable release 1.4.1.
Main issues fixed:
- x/y resolution assignment typo
- workaround for syndaemon's CPU spike when RECORD sends an event down the
  data connection

And a number of documentation updates, both man pages and the example
configuration files.

If you find any build errors or crashes with this, please file a bug now,
otherwise I'll tag this as 1.4.1.
