It's against Dave's drm-radeon-testing branch:
http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/airlied/drm-2.6.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/drm-radeon-testing
you'd need to build your own kernel.  You old config should work.  redhat
may also have drm-radeon-testing kernels you could try.
