[ANNOUNCE] xset 1.2.0

Maintainance release only, no new features. Lots of build system cleanups
(introducing a new requirement on xorg macros 1.3) and a couple of new
configure time options. Xprint support has been removed.

      This is not a GNU project, so declare it foreign.
