Actually you are right, i am use multiple display cards one ATI one on
board intel.
But i just disable it in the configure file, you may see it from this section:

Section "ServerLayout"
       Identifier              "Multihead layout"
       #Screen       0 "Screen0" 0     0
       Screen       1  "Screen1" #RightOf "Screen0"
#       Screen       1  "Screen1"
       InputDevice   "Mouse0" "CorePointer"

I will try to make a clear configure file for you.
