Driver updates/releases needed for Xorg 1.6 release

I switched all the drivers I listed to build from git master, and after
the updates I pushed to drop the XFree86 3 vs. 4 #ifdefs from the summa
driver, they all build.   None are tested, but just building is all we've
checked for many of them for prior releases.
