xhost question

Greetings;

My home network is behind a firewall, and I would like to be to automatically
do the equivalent of:

xhost +name machine1
xhost +name machine2

without having to open a shell to do it, as part of the startx (startKDE)
dialog.

I'm assuming theses extra entries would go in as files
in /etc/X11/xinit/Xclients.d

I've not been successful with the edits I've done, and the man pages are very
little help when they don't even exist.

What file format can I use to add these as individual files
in /etc/X11/xinit/Xclients.d?

URL's would be fine also.

Thanks.
