Textured video is the thing that lets you do XV with a compositing
manager.  Otherwise you get bad interactions when you try to displace or
warp a window, or blend its contents 

Additionally, EXA is the default anyway.  Compiz's blacklist doesn't
have enough information to blacklist at the right times.
