I forgot. If you want to use server-1.5-branch with mesa-7.1rc today,
you can grab the first two commits here:

http://cgit.freedesktop.org/~dbn/xserver/log/?h=1.5-glx

That just gets symlink-mesa.sh and friends to be happy with mesa master.
