Doclifter and xorg-docs

It's a bit of a try-and-error process.
Run doclifter, remove or alter the markup it complains about until it spits
out an xml file.
Try to convert the xml file by running "xmlto pdf protocol.xml", fix up the
xml until it succeeds.
Finally, go through the xml file by hand and remove the wrong conversions and
replace them with something more appropriate.

If you do a git log in xorg-docs, you can have a look at the steps I did to
convert the X input protocol, pretty much as described above.
