I guess I need to see if maybe my FreeBSD ghostscript and gv is somehow
different than yours. I get, on my gv, every page (I do get every page) blank,
as if there were no fonts, but I see no error. ps2pdf, which uses ghostcript,
is equally useless for me. It works fine on all of the other files, just
giving me these blank pages on the .mif-derived pages. If you get output, then
I need to look for some other source. I really doubt it's fonts, I have no lack
of fonts, and I think I would get errors echoed to the screen for such an
occurrence. This stuff looks fine, just giving me blank pages.
