As I mentioned at 7.3 release time, one thing we did in the initial modular
releases was make sure all the modules built before we declared the release
done. We had to do this when we built the -X11R7.0 versions of the tarballs,
and when it turned out no one liked, wanted, or used those, we dropped them
and unfortunately dropped with it the step of verifying the entire "katamari"
built.
