I'm not saying Xorg doesn't have less developers.

Read what I said.

I said that lack of man power isn't automatically a reason for the
lower quality of the Xorg development.

I also asked why the "lack of developer resources" is always used as
an excuse for things which it has absolutely no influence upon.
