Xorg-server-1.4.0.90-r3 on gentoo

Hi, I wanted to post regarding a problem I have run into
which I cannot seem to fix and believe this is somehow
related to one of the currently included xorg-server patches.
If I run this version of xorg-server I cannot play any sdl
games in fullscreen as the mouse becomes unusable. It will
pull to one end of the screen and act unresponsive. If I
immediately downgrade to xorg-server 1.3 and Xorg 7.2 with no
other changes, sdl games work fine. Just incase this helps I
am giving you my xorg.conf and xorg log hoping that someone
may have some clues as to why this is happening. Thanks in
advance.
