Even though the manpage only mention TMDS the driver only reports HDMI-1
and HDMI-2 outputs.

Using ForceSDVODetect doesn't seem to have any effect at all, but yes I
would use xrandr if I get Xorg to start.

Note : I'm using the 2.5.1 intel driver.
