[ANNOUNCE] xf86-input-synaptics 0.99.3

A few compilation issues fixed. Here's another beta that should now work with
BSD again and with older X servers (INPUT ABI 0).

      Fix typo preventing psmcomm from being enabled on BSD platforms
      Use the correct header so psmcomm.h builds again

      Auto-adjust right_edge for touchpads with hardware scroll area.
