drm headers in kernel-headers and libdrm-headers conflict ?

Hi.
While bringing our mini-dist to LFS-6.4 state, I found that the current
kernel (2.6.27.7) has the following headers with it:
/usr/include/drm/drm.h
/usr/include/drm/drm_sarea.h
/usr/include/drm/i915_drm.h
/usr/include/drm/mga_drm.h
/usr/include/drm/r128_drm.h
/usr/include/drm/radeon_drm.h
/usr/include/drm/savage_drm.h
/usr/include/drm/via_drm.h
which are also in libdrm's headers. Is this an oversight?
When I use the headers coming with the kernel, the Mesa-7.0.4 compile
fails in the i965_dri build.
greets,
jens
