fb can deal with 4bpp, but X doesn't expose a 2bpp mode and so fb never
had that code added.

Given 2bpp support in fb, having fb then exposing those as 4bpp images
for GetImage/PutImage would be very easy -- fb already does that for
24bpp frame buffers (which are exposed as 32bpp).
