Website maintenance volunteers?

I'd really prefer it weren't, purely due to being PHP-averse. :)

Well, a lot of this comes down to content management rather than choice
of wiki; we can make a crap wiki just as easily using either wiki
engine.  I'm sort of looking for someone with the time to sort out all
our content and actively whack people with sticks until it's better,
rather than just switch the engine.
