Twinview works, but Mouse only available in the first of them.

A similar problem drove me crazy for a while.  I had to add the horizontal screen size like so:

    Screen      0  "Screen0" RightOf "Screen1"
    Screen      1  "Screen1" 1280 0

Not sure if this applies to your config.
