Multi-seat first X freeze at login, second X works fine

Hi.
I looking around to fix multi-seat system. (2 or more users and LCD panels,
1 system)
I got that everything is fine till LOGIN.  In this moment first seat is
frozen (mouse, keyboard don't work) but on second screen everything is
working.
I attached my xorg.conf and gdm file xorg.0.log (X which freezes) and
xorg.1(X which works)
Let me know, if you have idea, what is wrong in config!
