Alright - I don't have access to the Radeon9200 for the time being, but
I'll try to scrounge one up, and see if I can test it with the randr-1.2
branch.

About nv - yeah, I figured as much from Aaron Plattner's email. I'm
holding out some hope that David Airlie's RandR 1.2 support for Nouveau
will also incorporate some proper mode-setting, but I know such a thing
is... difficult.
