[Patch] fix a crash in exa when no offscreen memory was allocated

Hello,

Please find attached to this bug, a patchlet that fixes a crash when
Exa is initialized with no offscreen memory.

I understand that no offscreen memory does not makes a lot of sense in
an Exa context, but I believe the server should not crash, even in that
case.
