Hey , I ( talk by me ) , or you use xserver 1.4 branch, with mesa 7_0
branch , and libdrm 2.3.0  released with kernel>= 2.6.22 ( or 21) 
which means xserver 1.4.0.90 and mesa 7.0.2 , or we can't talk about
Intel drives issues , but Xorg issues. 
Using Xserver git => using Mesa git which => using libdrm git which =>
update drm kernel modules
