Major stability issues with xf86-video-intel 2.2.0 when using Xv

I cherry-picked this commit, but it didn't help. Same result with the
half-painted windows after resume.

So I then tried Option "AccelMethod" "XAA". With XAA, upon resume I got
the ghosted windows, reported at bug #7834.

I thought this must mean we had a clear regression in intel 2.2, since I
reported the ghosting problem had been fixed in 2.1.  But I checked, and
distressingly that problem is back again, even after downgrading back to
intel 2.1.1 and linux 2.6.22.  I didn't downgrade mesa or xserver, which
are now slightly higher versions than on 6 Nov when I had S3 success.

I'm not sure which phase of the moon my computer was running under that
one day when S3 resume worked.  I guess we'll have to reopen bug #7834
again :(
