[xorg] Noisy picture with intel driver and DVI ADD2 card

This issue may be related to bug 13399.  There I reported a problem with my
g33 chipset without ADD2 card.  I couldn't get the Debian unstable driver to
work at all (keyboard lockup + monitor in extreme power save mode) unless I
applied the i830-restore-pipeconf-fix.patch from bug #13196 to version
2.2.0.  So you might want to try that patch yourself.
