build.sh run fails with current xserver git "configure.ac:60: ...`SED' previously defined here"

		Hi all.

When trying to build xserver via build.sh, the autoconf run initiated by
autogen.sh fails here because of commit
cb0d7e2c2692a332e2bd5495478ebf9a6cd601d0 ,
because hw/xquartz/bundle/Makefile.am now includes

include $(top_srcdir)/cpprules.in
### snip ###

which results in a re-definition of SED (?) error.

Exact error is:
