build.sh stops with "not a git repository" and autogen error

I recently did a build and it went ok. You should provide more details,
e.g. what exactly you are trying to build (git, tarballs,...)
E.g. I don't even have a luit/luit-1.0.2/ dir, it's app/luit.
Build.sh is very dependent on tree structure.
