Note that if people start doing this, we'll start seeing reply emails
with "[xorg] Re: ..." in them.  And if we're particularly unlucky, maybe
"Re: [xorg] Re [X.org] RE: [xorg-devel] ..."

If the official recommendation is "just use procmail to rewrite the
subject line", then it would be wise to also point to an official
procmail rule to use, designed to be easily cleaned up for those who
*don't* want them.
