You can use xscope to dump the entire stream of requests in text form,
or if you've installed recent Solaris 10 patches, the dtrace probes
built into Xsun to trace requests.   On Solaris, xscope is tucked away
in /usr/openwin/demo - for dtrace information, see
http://people.freedesktop.org/~alanc/dtrace/
