need new /archive/development/individual/xserver download?

The xorg-server-1.1.99.3.tar.bz2 file from
http://xorg.freedesktop.org/archive/development/individual/xserver/

is missing the xserver/hw/xfree86/utils/xorgcfg/*.pre
and the *xbm and *xpm in xserver/hw/xfree86/utils/xorgcfg/.

While the older "official" tarball xorg-server-1.1.1.tar.bz2 does have 
these.

Are these supposed to be in the tarball? If so, please create a new source 
tarball for download. Thanks.

I had various errors like:
gmake[6]: *** No rule to make target `card.xpm', needed by `all-am'.  
Stop.

I worked-around my problem by getting the missing files via git.
