Radeon 9250 screen always shifted right initially with TMDS monitor

Well, it's good to know I'm not the only person seeing this.

I queried on radeon this morning and didn't see anything matching this
issue. I figured I'd ask here first before filing the bug in case
anyone could spot the issue right away. I'll file a bug later if
there's no replies.
