Xorg 6.9.0 Odd Mouse Wheel Behavior

This was a mismatch of mouse protocol behavior between Xorg's driver and
the Linux kernel emulation for PS/2 mice.

In the bottom line you could sort-of remove this behavior by
  Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5 4 5"

Xorg 7.1 has (will have) an updated driver that works out-of-the-box for
single wheel mice, and may be configured for dual wheel mice.
