2 dual-head PCIe NVIDIA cards to be one screen

It is possible to run GL apps over all 3 monitors with direct rendering, if
you use the xorg.conf I posted earlier.

when you combine Twinview with xinerama your windowmanager wil see the
twinview part as 1 monitor.
