Actually the BIOS does exist (although it has a [virtual] infront of it)

When i look at the roms they actually are ATI roms and both are
different, the fact that it only reads 2kb is because the ROM has that
size written in its header;

look at how the time of the second ROM is 5 seconds older (guess it took
5 seconds to compile the first ROM) and the ID/type number is one
higher.
