XFree86LOADER is defined in xorg-server.h.  The rest were pointless, so
got removed.  The i810 driver should be fixed, as there's no conceivable
reason you'd want to build it a) not for the XFree86 DDX, b) not as a
module, c) not as a module, d) not involving the loader.
