XvMC on intel 855 and superiors?

Yeah, XvMC is 'on the list' of stuff that we'd like to get implemented,
unless we can get the documentation published, it'll have to wait for
one of us at Intel to do the work (sigh).

Standard video resolutions are easy to manage with the CPU, but HDTV
really needs hardware assist.
