xscreensaver doesn't play well with empty passwords

Hi,

I don't set any password for my account, I just hit enter to login in
the system.

When I try to exit XScreenSaver (5.01) I can't. I just hit enter when it
asks my password, but the screensaver doesn't exit.

This is a know issue?
