Thanks for the reply!  I have it a shot to remove the Passive option and
oddly enough it works "Identical" to before.  I guess that means Passive
wasn't doing much in the first place ;)   I also tried to turnoff the
Sendcoreevents option but this seems to just disable the touchscreen.
I've read others have gotten the 3500 to work and indeed mine is working as
well.. What I'm wondering is can I make it work better or is this the best
it's going to get?   Is the problem I describe common?  Thanks again for the
info.
