Radeon Xpress 200M and DRI

Chip is supported, but only basic 2d mmio acceleration. 2d mode using cp 
and dri (both requiring drm) are not supported (btw the dri driver would 
be r300_dri.so). There seem to be some bits missing to set it up correctly.
