Help on Xserver cross-compiling!

 		I am studying on embedded graphic server for our handheld device. TinyX/KDrive was introduced as a good one, the same as microwindows. I want to download & compile TinyX/KDrive, but i can't find any tutorials on X.org. Which file would i need to download?
       Another question, what's the advantage & disadvantage of TinyX/KDrive comparing with Microwindows(NanoX)?
